Re: Official review thread, Jurollo WSOP DSO win
I have started watching these pfx videos in the hopes it will improve my game. This is one of the 1st posted for Official review. I realize it has probably been long forgotten, but if Jurollo or someone else still remembers it, I had questions about the following hands.
hand 8 - why did your check the turn with your AA? hand 12 - This one surprised me. After playing so conservative with the AA, you went all the way with the 77. hand 36 - why are you raising utg w 65s (7 handed) hand 56 - calling the allin rrse (1080 to win 1430) w KQ - Did you think his alln rrse range was that wide? hand 99 - seemed like a reasonable flop for your Q9, since the raiser could have had just about anything. (3 handed, button raises, you and the BB call, flop KQT. You check, BB cks, button bets and you fold.) If you are going to fold a flop this good, why call the raise preflop? hand 187 - 4 handed - limp in SB w Q5 and then ck flop QT9 HU you were both playing pretty cautiously, seemingly folding all but big A's and pairs to 3 bets. Then the last 2 hands, it looked like you both wanted to get it over with. 297 - allin on flop with middle pair (5's) weak kicker 298 - allin w KJs pf Did you make a deal? 1st paid $11000 and 2nd thru 8th paid $160 My questions are not meant to be critical. I am highlighting hands that I might have played differently, not knowing your reads or your thinking on them. Anyway, congratulations on winning! |
