I was just deposting and taking out money through EMPIRE to build points.. I think its a scam too

I won it once 5+ years ago. The monthly drawing was 5k then. I flooded the drawing with points and spread the entries out during the course of one month. It was a pleasant surprise cause I had just taken some huge losses at blackjack.
