Default $100 nl, AJs w/ top 2 pair on river, donked into on river

Hi,

I haven't played $100 nl in awhile, so I'm uncertain about exactly how these games are currently playing, and villain shouldn't know too much about me. I usually play $200nl, but am moving down for few days to try and learn to 6 table, and experiment with my game after a downswing. I usually run around 20/15/2.5 or so, but am likely lagging it up a bit more in this session. Villain is unlikely to have pokertracker and know this, seems loose passive calling-stationy, and in retrospect looking at pt was running 73/33/1.05 over a whopping total of 15 hands....onto the hand

On the river, he donks $25 into a $44 pot after check calling twice. After his donk lead on river, he has around $58 left and I have about the same. I think an argument can be made for calling, folding, or shoving this river. I think I like calling > folding > shoving, but would appreciate your thoughts and reasoning.

P.S. Looking at the hand, I shold've bet slightly more on flop, which in turn allows for bigger turn bet, but let's just discuss the river decision. Thanks

I'd shove the river for value. I dont see this guy ever laying down an A (even though its only 15 hands). 78 just got there though. Like you said, bet more on the flop and turn.

shoving > calling >>>>>>>>>>>&gt ; folding.
