5/10 AQ vs Vick Is God - call river?

Villain is Vick Is God - 2+2 5/10 reg, you all know him. the only real history we had was a few hands earlier in a big pot where i c/r his weak looking turn lead (after i had raised preflop and c/bet), he called and i made a decent value looking bet on the river with air and he made a good call with TPTK after tanking for ages.

i probably should have c-bet the flop, i usually would have, not sure why i didn't here. his turn lead kind of threw me off a little as i think AK/AQ are extremly likely holdings for me, especially after my flop check and he knows that. oh, i love the "AK?" comment at the end too - had me thinking all sorts of crazy metagame 10th level jamie gold psychology [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

is this an easy call or an easy fold? i'm kinda lost. fwiw i don't think he has AK (its a possibility of course but i don't think he plays it that way) so i might as well have AK here as AQ - i think they play the same way here. i played the hand really passively hoping he'd take a stab at it and then when he did twice i didn't know what to do.

pretty obvious fold. Your hand looks exactly like what it is, and hes still betting. He probably isnt trying to move you off AJ AQ AK so fold.
