3bet the flop to $7 or so...be happy to get it in there.

This is obviously the correct move in retrospect, TY. What to do if this gets a fourth bet?

Given the position, I often fold preflop.

If I don't fold, I raise to try and buy the button and isolate the UTG limper. Unfortunately, there are 3 guys behind me. So, if they are tight/passive players, then I'll raise. If they are tricky/aggressive players, I fold preflop.

On the flop, as played, bet the pot.

After that, given UTG's show of strength with the check/raise on the flop followed by the turn lead, I suppose you don't have much fold equity on the turn and you can call for the flush. Given your position relative to UTG, you can expect to win the pot and at least one "blocking" bet from villain if a diamond comes, so your implied odds are ok. Plus, if villain has a lower flush draw or if villain has a set, you might make a little more on a non-board-pairing diamond river. Be very careful if the board pairs with a diamond and villain bets big on the river. You should probably call, but not raise.

I'm not so confident that in an unraised pot vs a check/raise that I want to get all in on this flop.

I guess it depends on the range I give villain for making a check-raise on the flop followed by a turn lead.

If villain's range is any overpair (in an attempt to limp/rr that failed), TP, all kinds of draws, 2-pairs, and sets, then your line of getting it all in on the flop is good. In that case, reraise the flop, and be happy to call an all-in from villain if he comes over the top.

On the other hand, if villain is a bit nitty about when and whether he check/raises, then the more cautious line that hero showed post flop in the OP seems reasonable. Except, I'd have bet the pot on the flop originally, and I'd have raised or folded preflop.
