Well, you seemed to imply that people that play live sngs don't use tools like SNGPT. Which was implying that they don't use ICM.

To which I'm implying that live sngs players probably suck so who cares what they do?

add to this that SNPT isnt used at the table so live players could well use it if they wanted to be good

Is the idea behind this programs to check your EV in tough situations to increase your instincts for the correct play during the game? I assume people who are 8+ tabling don't make calculations during the hand.

And ICM can be used in MTTs, right?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, but it is very difficult when not at the final table.

You know what's better than beating a level? Beating it even more.

After 7,000 SnGs using ICM and SNGPT my ROI is zero, so just keep doing what you're doing.

It doesn't really matter if you use SNGPT to confirm that all your pushes were +9% when you get called and bust out nearly every time anyway.

You need to drop to the 3.40s and pwn! if you're breakeven at the low limits and you have played 7000 sngs, you obviously need to adjust the ranges that you are putting people on. Good luck. Personally, SNGPT paid for itself in a month easy. However, I've pretty much given up on Eastbay ever adding a quiz mode and will probably have to buy SNGWIZ, but I wish it would have a poker table graphic quiz interface.
