I agree with fly, I like the bet if you are calling the raise. I really don't like the reraise, I doubt he is folding a flush and think it is much more profitable to snap off his bluffs than to try and fold out a better hand.

Also if he is tilting he may find it difficult to fold the best hand even if it is not a flush (though a flush or air seems much more likely than some random 2p)

Have you seen him bluff raise the river before?
