$5.50 Three left - good play?

I know I need to get SNGPT to answer these types of questions, but can someone tell me if this was a good raise? We just got down to three players and my thinking was that this had to be +EV with the big stack and even if it wasn't, I wanted to find out early if the other two players would push back or if I could push them around.

I got blasted in the chat by the guy I knocked out on this hand (nice flop for me) for my pre-flop raise and was curious if he had a right to be pissed.
