Well on thur. there are some ok parties.
If your in to house and 15 year old chicks you can check out Escape, on the rembrandt square.
If you like minimal techno(and 20-25 year old girls) you can go to the Sugar Factory near the leidseplein.

If you wanna play poker you can go to the Holland Casino on the max eeuwenplein(next to the leidseplein). Rake is pretty high though, and they have a 5-5nl(1000 max buy in) game running, and a 10-20 or 5-10 limit. And sometimes some Omaha or a Mixed game, pretty tough game though. But that could also be because i suck at omaha.
