Default uNL open-end Straight Draw: defend, value bet or check?

Hi there,

pretty new to poker I'm getting in trouble every time I'm facing a situation like this.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?919203

I get an open ended straight draw, a few people in the pot but no one bets after the pot and action comes to me.
Now my everytime question is:

* only check and hope for a good next card (but there is still someone after me to bet, so maybe I "force" him to a bluff) and if someone bets, look at the pot odds vs. my 8 outs and call if it's ok

=or=

* semi "value bet" like half the pot and hope to make it

=or=

* making a really big bet like 1x-3x the pot to push the others out?

thx a lot

ohh ok well in a cash game all choices are fine except for the last. def dont bet 3x the pot. it is not a good idea because only hands we beat fold and strong hands shove. checking is fine as is a bet.

FWIW full pot or half pot are both semi bluffs.
