i'm extremely certain, unless FTP either changed their rules in the last 36 hours or just hates me, both parties involved in the transfer have to wait at least 90 days from their first epassporte deposit before it can go through

I've shipped to 2 of my friends a few times, and they have never deposited onto the site themselves.

Never been that way. Only the sender has to wait for at least 90 days. How else would you get rakeback transfers from "player"?

The person receiving just needs to complete all the required information including name/addy/email/phone etc for their full tilt account.

I have sent a player in our weekly home game some funds, and my fatherinlaw. They both routinely play micro sngs and are happy playing without having to deposit on their own.

The only downside on their end is that they have to get over the 150.00 limit to withdrawl any money from tilt without having to take their entire balance out.
