15-30 hand I hate

Good 15-30 at the Bellagio. But a couple players have just switched out so the dynamic has temporarily changed. Laggy asian limps from UTG (he's not nearly as aggressive up front as he is in late position, and has open limped with hands like K8o a couple times in the last few hours), new player calls from midddle position, hero calls w/ Q9s from the CO, button folds, SB completes (another new player), BB calls (likes to open with suited junk given the chance, but plays surprisingly straight forward after the flop).

Flop Jh Th 3d. I have clubs. Checked to middle position limper who bets, I call, SB check raises, BB folds, UTG calls 2 cold and middle position 3-bets. I'm getting 13-2 immediate with the chance of a 4 bet from the SB. UTG is not folding, but has been saving the majority of his aggression with big hands for the big streets. Call or fold?

Whoa, even with 4 bet cap there's no way I raise this here. Terrible, terrible play to raise IMO.

I didn't think you did. It's a pretty thin call here at best. Even if you hit you may not have the nut straight and you are up against a ton of redraws without a doubt. I think it's a fold actually, although MAYBE call/fold turn UI isn't TOO -EV.
