Default Any Americans moving to Canada for Partypoker?

Is it possible to move to Canada, get a bank account there, and then be able to play party again? or Mexico maybe?

If yes, do you have to have any special kind of passport or visa to do this?

Has anyone done this? Thanks

If you move to Mexico you do not need a passport as long as you stay within 30 miles from the border. Although, starting (as of now) you will need a passport to re-enter the U S so if you are seriously considering the move get one. But, a couple of years ago Party Poker was not accepting players from Mexico so you need to check again.

His reply seems to be referring to returning from Mexico, of which I have no knowledge. If you mean from Canada, you are correct...US border crossing from Canada by air requires a passport, land crossing does NOT (yet).

Canadian address and Canadian ISP should be all you need. You should be able to find a cheap long distance provider for your dialup.

I think Canadian bank account (which Americans can get), UPS mailbox, and some kind of utility bill (this seems like the hardest to me) are all you need, plus a proxy server to run your internet through.

Why would you need a utility bill? i assume you say that if you're just going to keep your current account, and tell party you moved? you could just make a new account right?
