You can only get a taste of it reading the article. The entire text of his speech would be nice because there's got to be more. I'd assume that the Wa Post did some editing to prevent Nagin from looking totally paranoid/insane.

Quotes from Mr. 'Chocolate City':

"They are studying this model of natural disasters, dispersing the community and changing the electoral process in that community."

"Everybody in America started to wake up and say: 'Wait a minute. What is he doing? What is he saying? We have to make sure that this man doesn't go any further,' "

Nagin suggested his chance at reelection in the mayoral race had seemed slim because "they dispersed all of our people across 44 states with one-way tickets."

"They thought they were talking about a different kind of New Orleans," Nagin said. "They didn't realize that folks were awake, that they were paying attention."

They damn sure have it in for the blacks in NO and maybe nationwide. They can't be allowed to execute their nefarious plot(s?). I hope I'm not an unwilling dupe in this conspiricy.

Taking a larger view, there's little doubt that the black victimization industry is thriving. Thankfully, there are several promenent blacks that are preaching the message of personal responsibility. Bill Cosby, John McWhorter, Shelby Steele and Thomas Sowell all realize that the end of the 'Us vs Them' race friction starts with 'Us'. They are not the problem.
