Default Empire table conditions report

4 pm Eastern, Saturday, Empire Poker

8 full tables of $25 PLO8, all below $5 avg pot size

$25 NL/PL HE: 16 tables with avg pot size <= $1

And I was afraid the tables would be tight.

The rake at full table needs to be 10cents so atleast a 2 dollar pot. The damn tables at 25nl were so tight last night oh my god I almost shot myself.

I'm playing the limit tables. I'm up a good amount because the play is still terrible, but man getting a raked hand is like pulling teeth.

You suppose there are ANY recreational players at the site? If I stumbled across Empire while looking for a fun poker game, I think I'd go back to the play money tables.

And this is with a four-table limit. Otherwise the games would be even worse.

I cleared the FEB bonus then GET15 right after (3000 raked) for $300 in about 16 hours playing PLO...not bad although there are a few players that actually have a clue

This is my last empire bonus, these games are just not fun at all!

I'd rather play a fishy site without a bonus than put up with more of this!

I finished this one yesterday. 4-tabled 25NL for almost exactly 20 hours. 25 raked hands per hour per table. Horrible.

Make your own fun. Open every pot you can and try to push people off hands. 80% of these guys will fold anything less than top 2.

The 25 PLO are ok for the bonus. The rake starts around 1.00 so almost all the hands are raked.

The beginners .15/.30 are good and get raked at 1.00

Clearing the 2000 raked hands is not easy in any game there.

Yeesh, I don't know what you guys are talking about! I cleared the last Empire bonus at $25NL 6-max (653 hands) and $50NL 6-max (2083) [There's a little cover play in there since Empire has a bit of an anti-whore repitation] and I found the games awesome with a little table selection (hence both $50NL and $25NL when I normally play $100NL).

It took me about 8 hours 4-tabling and I paid $108 in rake to clear a $200 bonus so I absolutely can't complain!! The site is so incredibly weak-tight-passive it's amazing and I'm tempted to play there regularly.

One other thing, the table selection is a lot better in the afternoon when all the Europeans are on. Traffic is down quite a bit at night.
