Re: AQ 6-way raised pot
Looks fine. I don't think he has AK because he would have raised preflop. If he has some weird set or fullhouse it's just bad luck.

Re: AQ 6-way raised pot
I would put MP2 on a pair so I'd be careful here. I also think he could be holding AK as I think that is the only hand that he'd call with while holding an Ace. It's also possible he could be holding AJ, but I'm not sure how betgo plays. Your turn lead bet signals an Ace so MP may be raising to see what kind of Ace you are holding. You do have to be careful of the fullhouse and it is possible given that a pair is part of his range here.
I would slow down and check the turn and see what he does because you don't want him to push you off the hand - unless you check and he comes back with a huge overbet and then you have a decision to make. |

Re: AQ 6-way raised pot
This looks like a classic way ahead/way behind situation.
You are beating KK-77. I can't see MP2 checking the flop with any of those hands. You are also beating AJ and lower. That would account for a check on the flop. I can't see him having a 2. A6 is really a good calling hand preflop. AA seems really unlikely. KcQc is a possibility. 66 is obviously the real worry. He made this play with three players left to act which is a real problem and makes 66 a good possibility. As it stands, you needed to call t1625 into a t6575 pot. I think you pretty well have to call this bet on the chance of him have AJ or a flush draw. However, you put yourself in this position by betting the turn. With that many players in the pot and being first to act, I usually check in this situation. |

Re: AQ 6-way raised pot
You have to bet the turn with that many people in the pot. You can't give a zillion people free cards. You also have to call my small push.
I think I had quad dueces or something. Sorry about that. |
