$6 for 23.50 (well after rake, more like 22 or so.

I call here but unwilling to go to the river without direct 4:1 on the turn without another club. The mini raise tells me that he's got a decent hand, but has no idea what a value bet is.

Consider raising preflop. Your raise is an overbet btw; is that on purpose?

I agree with everything Juu says here.

After calling the min-raise on the flop, I wouldn't go any further on the turn with out a club or better than 5:1 pot odds to call a bet. I'd also be cautious if the turn was a 7c and villain starts making huge bets.
