Default $3.40: more +EV to check-fold this on the flop?

Poker Stars
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t15/t30
10 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls t30 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t45)</font>, 4 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t120</font>, Button calls t120 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t195)</font>, 2 folds, UTG+1 calls t90 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t315)</font>.

Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t405, 3 players)
UTG+1 checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets t270</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises all-in t935</font>, UTG+1 folds, Hero folds.

i made a probe bet of about 65% of the pot here because of something i read in Negreanu's book, but i wonder if it's more +ev to just check-fold

I think bet/folding and c/c with the intention of c/f the turn are both fine depending on the villain.
