FTP $11 freezeout - 3bet shoved on river with 2nd nuts - fairly deep

$11 freezeout on Full Tilt. 37 runners left, 27 pay. I'm about 8th in chips. Only one player on my table has me covered.

My thoughtsa are:

Flop - Don't fancy building a pot with nothing, pretty sure he picks off my CTN bet most of the time.

Turn - Probably should have raised here, but again, wanted to let him bluff a good river for bluffing, given that I have just called the turn, if that makes sense.

River - I feel I have induced a bluff here, so raise. Is that cool? Is calling the push standard?
