Bally Total Fitness (BFT) Crashing and ?

Saw that Bally Total Fitness lost half its value today and may file for Chapter 11. What's the outlook for a company that hits this process? Comes back, broken up and sold? Stock becomes wall paper? Surprised to a see a house hold word tank so bad....
