After a few vauge emails making me believe my check was in the mail. I finally got Cake Poker support to admit that my check has not been mailed.

Affiliate gets 35% of NGR. He gives you 95% of that or 33% rakeback (0.33 = 0.35 * 0.95)

Congratulations chigger,

Out of 395 players in Tournament 93223, you came in 3rd and have won $592.50.

You've also been awarded 10.5 Cake Points for participating in the tournament.

Best wishes,
The CakePoker Team

The next day requested a check and sent ID / Utility bill since this is my first cashout since the Neteller debacle. "Processed" on Feb 20. Shot them an e-mail today and got this ... Still not sue if its even really "processed". Hey, at least they answer e-mails and I love the site. Its a shame to have these kinds of problems. I'm sure they will get it sorted out eventually

Hello chigger,

Thank you for your email. Our sincere apologies for the continued delay in receiving your check, we are still experiencing huge delays with our new check processor, please rest assured you will receive your check as soon as is humanly possible. We have introduced ePassPorte this week which will make future cashouts much smoother and we are currently looking for other check processors during this difficult time in the industry. Thanks again for your patience in this matter.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Sean

I still have not received this check. Should I have this by now or is this a normal amount of time?
