i'd definitely say yes to the pts conversion thing. how much off is it by? as big as mine? 45%

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm off by around 20-30% just eyeballing it. But my play at UB is rare enough that I don't track my rakeback too closely. There's no way it is the pts conversion promo. The numbers don't add up. There is no way, for instance, that you would be taken for 45% due to pts conversion with the amount of rakeback you have compared to mine. You are playing higher stakes than me, and percentage wise any pts to cash promo should hit you much softer than I.

I had read about UB deducting processing fees, but I assumed that applied to MGR reductions for cash in/out processing. I have no problem losing MGR for moving my own personal money around.

I received a second rakeback payment from Rakerebate today equaling ~15% of what I was originally paid. What is going on here?

Could some other affiliate PLEASE clarify which side is giving us the screwjob?

My rakeback was supposed to be about 1580 according to the website. Instead I got 1105. They deducted 475 in proccessing fees. Originally they had payed me abut 140 less, but I was persitent and it turned out that none should have been deducted for bonuses. In other words, it is my understanding that the points for cash promo does not count against your rakeback.

I believe I made some substantial withdrawls during February, but it doesn't seem right that no one knew about the extent to which this would hurt rakeback ahead of time.

ok, so i get rb from rakerebate.net

during feb, i paid over $6800 in rake, my rakeback according to their site and my ptdb, should be around $2000 at 30% rb. yesterday i got my payment, only $1200, i emailed rakerebate.net and this is what i get

Dear Customer,

The stats on our site are not final and do not take into account final monthly adjustments.

25% of the bonus you cleared was deducted from the MGR (Marginal Gross Rake).

Additionally, there has been a huge increase in the Payment Processor fees for US players due to law regulations in US. Thus UB
deducted 20% of Payment Processor fees from the Rake Back.

In your case $612,23 has been charged as a Payment Processor Fee.

If you have any more questions or comments please let us know.

Regards,
Andreas Andersson

and throuhgout the whole feb i didn't withdraw nor depsoit.........WHAT THE [censored]

[/ QUOTE ]Per UB, fees are for deposits only. Doesn't matter if you made a deposit or not. 20% deducted from everyones mgr. Doesn't matter if your mgr is $1 or $5000. Per UB The % is subject to change, depending on their costs.

I actually think this additional deduction from MGR for fees/whatever is pretty common for most affiliates and most sites.
