[/ QUOTE ] yes i also noticed that they still seem to randomly close sometimes, but for some reason it seems to do so only when PAHud is set to Auto-Reopen HH window, and PAHud will reopen them anyway (at least for me). I think the real issue is for some reason PAHud stops importing some hands/tables after some time for many, and i think PAHud is planning an update.

Is it possible these UB-tables popping up could cost them millions of $ long term because players get frustrated and go play elsewhere?
I have been playing there last couple of weeks and am thinking of just giving it up. They just have to tweak their software just a bit to have the most perfect software there is out there. This pop-up thing just about ruins everything else.

I have two screens so I can play up to 8 tables without overlap. The pop-ups are still very annoying, especially when taking notes or chatting or playing NL or doing all of these. You don't even have to play 8 tables for this to be annoying.

where does UB list the total pot size?
I've played a limited amount there and have always just estimated this.

This would be a great thread to send to UB. I think it would just be lost if it got sent to the memberservices@ultimatebet.com (BTW I sent it anyway). Does anyone else have any other corportate contact info? They are clearly losing play because of these issues. Lucky
