Hey guys,

I went into my Neteller account to cancel the EFT's I had pending. They weren't there any more, though. Obv they're not getting paid out or I would have heard something.. but my question is is there any way I can get the money from the void of cyberbank space back into the Neteller accunt?

I would ask Neteller but their CS is MIA..

[/ QUOTE ]

If they are more than a month old, look in the history to find them. Don't know about cancelling them though . . .

yes suing for money they cost me would be very dumb

since it would likely cost you more to sue than you would get, yes, it would be very dumb indeed. hence the reason i posted that it would be dumb.

Update for folks worried by some of the wilder rumours about NT not honouring non-US cashouts..

I am a UK player. Earlier this week I successfully cashed out $4000 direct to my UK bank account from NT. It took a bit longer than I expected (9 days from the date of the request) but it came through safe and sound.

I hope the US situation gets sorted out soon, but suspect that it's the DOJ and Bill Frist you guys should be blaming, not NT.

Over 200 members now, with no less that $500,000 frozen.

Article today:

One of guy has $82,000 stuck and he never even gambled. He earned it as a site affiliate (banner ads, referrals, etc.). That's how the pokerrooms paid him, through NETeller.

How can anyone be that dumb? I can't believe that people were that stupid. I never had more than 1k at a time in my neteller account after the legislation. And if something bad happened I used my debit card, not EFT to get it out quick. Maybe some people here will learn their lesson next time. And as far as lawsuits. Neteller would just close shop. You're also looking at the wrong people to sue.

You are so super smart. You got everything figured out. It must suck to live in a world where everyone's dumber than you, huh? Please post your phone number so the next time we need advice, we know who to call. Thanks.

I haven't been able to cancel either, but at this point I don't care because I doubt the money will get lost. I just want my god damn 5,500 I have in there. Why did this have to happen at the same time I wanted to deposit on a site.
