[/ QUOTE ] Drug tests are separate and random. I was never tested when being admitted into the jail to serve my time. (3x) This was CA. though. DUI

[/ QUOTE ] Nope they changed it last year from .08 to .02 [/ QUOTE ] Either under 21, driving a school vehicle, or was part of the probation from his first DUI. They changed the general rule in 2004 from .10 down to .08 and added 'tiers' depending on how high your BAL is.

There's no drug test, but you do gotta get nekkid, squat and lift your sack. That's fun.
Ohio's 10 days for 2nd DUI. IMO, once you start hitting multiples, you need to examine your drinking habits.

It's not like a cop is going to pull over every single car and give them a breathalyser test. If you get pulled over, it's because you're [censored] swirving and a danger to everyone else.
