yea u expect this out of a small timer, good he told u, but [censored] of him to not pay u more. I would never talk to him again

Tell him that you will play him in $5 HU SNGs, best of 5, loser ships $1k. Grimstarr him if you lose. Your EV on this probably is like $600, which is how much he shorted you.

OP's friend should have just said he lost and asked for another 5 $26 buy-ins obv.

Hi again bakes.

Well a deal is a deal although i do understand why he changed his mind it is not acceptable to go back on a gentlemans agreement.

Lesson to be learned here tho.Never lend cash to freinds or stake friends not worth falling out over

This is terrible advice and could make life very diffcult at some point in time if you are professional gambler.

With that said his friend is in breach of contract pure and simple and admits this. this would be a small dunk court case.

this guy is scum of the earth

i would seriously vandalize this guy in a hardcore way if he doesn't pay you back. if you don't know enough about him to do that then meh.
