Default HU bottom two vs flop lead

villain is I am walrus. wasnt using pt. he seemed kinda tight post flop for heads up. this is the first time hes lead ito me. i can easily see villain having A3,A5,AK,AQ(last 2 are unlikely but could be possible some % of the time) flush draw, 6d4d,6d7d hard to put him on a set because i hold the 2 key cards.

eff stacks 125bb 2/4

hero is sb with 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] , hero raises to 12. villain calls

flop(A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]) (24.00)

villain bets 18, hero raises 64, villain 3bets pot(~210ish?), hero....
