Default Poker & Work Ethic: Related?

A lot of poker players I've talked to have reported feelings of decreased motivation/work ethic (especially when it comes to schoolwork). I'm guessing it might be related to the amount of stimulation multitabling provides. Let's get a more significant sample and if it shows something interesting I'll expand on my thoughts.

Admins can we have a BBV:Serious Business forum for topics like this? I'm tired of serious threads cluttering up all the threads about pooping and STDs and Jennifer Tilley.

And exactly how is your poll going to provide any insight on that theory?
