Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
As another poster said, learn limit. Miller's book is excellent and if you follow his advice you will do fine. It's important to remember at the lower stakes rake is eating you alive, so it's tough to make a lot. But what you are doing is getting a feel for the game, not trying to make a living.
Looking at your stats, I suspect you don't understand the importance of position. Focus on playing mostly out of the last two positions. |

Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
Losing player, probably also on unlucky streak. You just need to play more hands, and study the hands you do play, to get better. You're probably pretty bad postflop, which can only really be improved by playing. Study more.

Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
Ok. Nice replies That's great.
So i should start off with limit. Won't i have many trouble later to change to NL because limit/no limit is such a different game? Or are SnG's also recommended for learning NL without the chance of losing more then just the small buy-in? So say i have a 90$ b-roll, then i can play the limit 0.15$ -0.30$ and learn the importance of position and more important things with less chance of getting broke again? Under the conditions that i keep on reading & studying my PT hands? |

Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
or learn to play 1 table sit and go tournies. There is very little post flop play, as you are all in preflop or on the flop a majority of the time. also, why is this in bbv? better posted in microNL. |

Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
If you have
24.8% WENT TO SHOWDOWN en 45.99% WON AT SD you are in bad streak imho. Won at showdown should be more like 55-59% Go here and read some posts / post some hands --> http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/po...oard=microplnl And why not play 2 dollar buyin NL? If you lose another $50 there, you can give up. |

Re: losing player or unlucky streak?
2700 hands isnt a sample size. I play at least that many hands a day. Some days its rough and you can do no right. Some days its pure ownage and you can do no wrong. Go with the flow
