Default 100NL - Good spot for a river raise/fold?

6 handed, eff stacks 120BB villian is UTG in this hand and seems tight, maybe nitty, and somewhat passive

UTG ($158) calls
Hero ($118) (is in MP with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and calls
3 FOLD
BB ($104) checks

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($3.50)

BB checks
UTG bets $3
Hero calls
BB folds

Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (pot $9.50)

UTG checks
Hero bets $6
UTG calls

River: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (21.50)

UTG bets $11

If I raise up to 30 here I have about 80 behind. Good spot to raise to get called by JT, Q9, Q8, lower flush and fold if he pushes which is almost always a higher flush?

Meh, I usually raise the flop. $33 and fold to a shove on the river looks good, yes.
