Everest Poker & Spybot S&D

I was running a scan on my computer using spybot and the entire everest folder, the poker and casino .exe files and a couple of related reg entries apeared. I find this rather strange because spybot was saying the spyware was "everest poker" not that these files had been infected. I am wondering why this has came up in the scan result as everest is a popular site as you all know, I googled it and didnt manage to find any explination to why everest was considered mallicious software by spybot. If anyone can run a scan using an updated spybot with everest also installed that would be great because im worried that somthing might have infected everest. If spybot just doesnt like everest then does anyone know why it apears in a scan with spybot.
