Default Best books on short-handed Follow The Queen

Name your top five books on short-handed Follow the Queen. (Preferably spread-limit with a large ante.) Especially helpful would be any material on playing against someone who habitually bluffs on fourth street when no queens are out yet.

Thanks. Will answer yours.

good question. i've been looking for a similar book. one that also covers full games of FTQ would also be very beneficial to me.

Microbob and Kurosh are currently collaborating on FTQFAP. It will also include a section on Crazy Pineapple.

Sweet, will that complete the three book trilogy that started with TTTFAP (Tic Tac Toe) and ADFAP (Acey Deucy for advanced players, personally my favorite 2+2 book).
