I received an e-mail from Full Tilt:
[ QUOTE ]
As you may be aware, we suffered a system outage at 17:35 ET on Monday, March 12th that forced us to suspend game play on our site for several hours. We have now completed our reconciliation process, and we have made the following adjustments to your account:

If you were sitting at real money ring game at the time of the outage, any money you had at the table has been returned to your account.

If you were registered for, or were playing in a tournament that was voided during this period, your account has been restored in accordance with our tournament rules - http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/tourRules.php

In addition, and as our way of apologizing for the inconvenience this outage caused, we have credited your account with an extra $10.

[/ QUOTE ]

From the tournament rules:
[ QUOTE ]
31.2. If the tournament had not yet reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be refunded their tournament buy-in and tournament fee. Players will have their buy-ins refunded in the same currency they used to enter the tournament (real money, tokens, etc.), unless they earned their entry through a satellite, in which case, they will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition, the buy-ins of players already eliminated from the tournament will be divided up and distributed to the remaining players, based on their chip counts. Guarantees and money added to the prize pool will not be included in the player payouts.

[/ QUOTE ]

I confirm that my tournament was reimbursed, plus prize pool divided among remaining players, plus $10.

PS: should I add this tournie in my spreadsheet?

FTP went down at about 05:20 GMT today (14th march) and was down for about 2 hours, of course I got my refund from my sngs but the problem is that this was based on my chip count. About 30 min after the dealers were paused the site kicked back into action for about 5 min (with most ppl sitting out) allowing for a few hands. I lost about 1k chips on each table when I was disconected so I guess the hands were running when I wasnt there.

At 09:45 GMT I was happily playing 2 45 player sng's both down to the final 2 tables and I am chip leader in both then the site crashed AGAIN, exact same thing this time (random dissconects, dealers paused). I managed to get back to my tables and while talking to the other players I warned them about the dealers re-starting and stopping again and 5 min later things started again got 10's on the first hand after restart wich was nice played very aggressivly for 5 min knowing that there were allot of sitouts and that things will prob go [censored] up again in a few min and then everything locked up again. Now I am sitting here wondering if I am loosing chips staring at the ftp connection window unable to connect.

It is nice to know that if I e-mail support I can get extra back because it is impossible for ftp to acurately refund money (cos I and many others lost chips while sitting out), when I e-mail suport I will be asking for $25 ontop of what I got back automaticly because there was a $11 tourny that I got dissconected on but I had a low stack and got pushed out on the blinds while sitting out before the mtt was frozen/voided and I have wasted about 5-6 hrs of my time playing on tilt today with 0% chance of winning. If I do not get $25 then I will take what i can get then move my full bankroll to stars or a microgaming site.
