Sorry, I thought this was important enough to disregard my usually excellent netiquette.

The latest news is that we have no news. Sorry. However our ISP has been down for so long that we will certainly roll back all tournaments as per our usual rules, as soon as we get access to the tools.

Apologies everyone - we were just starting to get things under control too!

Alex - can you define "roll back"

Is this where you allocate 1/2 the money to everyone and 1/2 by chip count?

Yes, you can find more information on our website, here:

http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/tour...cancellations/

More importantly, the games are back online now. We have paused tournaments, but cash games are running now.

Guys, this has nothing to do with poker legislation in the US I was playing on tilt at 05.00 gmt and it went down for 2 hrs, then back up, then back down at 09:45 and is stil down. the fact that things started working again shows that the kahnawake isp is trying to get there connection back up.

I rekon that the poker sites affected should loose about $100,000 per hour collectivly so this is a BIG [censored]-up for the kahnawake ISP.

Tilt is still down for
those who care but whatever you do, DO NOT ENTER ANY LARGE MTTS ON ANY KHANAWAKE SITES FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS. This will probobly happen again in a few hrs and you will find yourself dissconected, the same thing happened yesterday aswell, not worth the risk untill things are stable.

We are back online.

If you email us, you'll get a response along these lines:

Earlier today the ISP that hosts our servers experienced difficulties that were beyond our control. This resulted in connection problems for all of our players, despite the fact that our servers were fully operational during this time. Tournaments and cash games continued to run, but players were unable to connect to the site.

Since all players were disconnected, but play in tournaments continued (clock was running and levels increasing), we have decided to cancel all tournaments that were in progress during this time. These tournaments will be "rolled forward" in accordance with our Tournament Cancellation Policy which can be found here:

http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/tour...cancellations/

Any players who were in a tournament will receive an automated email with full breakdown of the refund issued.

If you were involved in a cash game then your chips may still be allocated at the table(s) you were playing at. You can locate the tables by using the Requests -> Find a Player feature, and searching for your own UserID.

Everything appears to be back to normal at this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
