So, are we supposed to wait until the crash ends OR does Stars just end the SNGs as of the crash and divide the money somehow?

It looks like there is a problem with our ISP in Kahnawake, which explains why other sites are affected too.

We're working on resolving the problem. If it lasts for a significant period of time, it's likely that tournaments will be rolled back according to our Tournaments Cancellation Policy:

www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/rules

I will post further updates here as we have them. Please don't email support - we don't have access to the email system either.

Thanks. What is a "significant period of time?" It is late for me already.

This is interesting. Pokersitescout states that your servers are located on the Isle of Man.

PokerSiteScout is useful, but inaccurate. Some of our servers (for the test site, for example, which is unaffected) are based in the Isle of Man. However most of the important ones are still in Canada.

So can I go to sleep -- or do I have to sit here and wait?

So if you're in 18 SNGs, you're screwed I guess?
