Default TP2K facing flop c/min raise

No post flop reads on the min-raiser. He is 28/18/1.8 over 200 datamined hands. I have a tight image if he is paying attention.

If i play good i fold it right there, otherwise i call and fold on the turn. He is raising with UTG and MP left to act which shows lots of strength to me.
