Default nl 200 big bluff deep

Villain is a solid Tag, Thinking Player

Have 3bet him quite a bit in the past

On the turn it looks to me that he is b/f AA/AK or even qq/pure bluff
My Push is representing something really big (qj, kk, tt)

btw: In mp was a blindposter therefore villains bigger than normal raise

i don`t like it, seems more like he`s setting you up to hang yourself.
Flop he c/c`s, then turn he suddenly bets out (because of the straightdraw?). This doesnt make much sense, only sense in a way that he`s been slowplaying the flop. Seems to me like he has KK or TT, QJ doesnt fit profile as sketched by you.

I know that your push is respresenting something very big, but he`s representing something very big too.
