Pretty hard to give a number, it gets pretty hard to last a week. I'm not sure how much harder a month is then a week though seeing as I've never actualy reached that point.
I think I'd do it for ~40k. 22 and single.

100-300k was my vote. I'm thinking $300k. I already make around $150k a year so double my salary to compensate for my lack of nookie.
I'm 30 - recently divorced - hot ass girlfriend that lives halfway across the country. When we're together our frequency is in the average ball park of 3 times a day not including other activities like oral and handjobs.

With chemical assistance I'd probably do it for 100k+(with assurance that their are no long term effects). Without I'd need at least 300k+. I'd probably just hire one of my broke friends to make sure I never have the opportunity to wack it.
