Is this resteal justifyable?

I just moved to the table 1 orbit ago. I saw villain raise twice before preflop taking it down once and I missed the play the 2nd time. 10 hours of laggy play with very few good hands have left me exhausted and unfocused but I have just quickly folded every hand at this table. I recently had my 2 barrel with air run over at the last table so I am very short with a little over 17,000. This all may work a little to my disadvantage since I may look a little beaten down.

Folded to SB who raises to 2,400. I have K9o. I quickly look around the dealer at seat 10s stack of about 25,000 behind and push.
