Thoughts on this hand?

Final 2 table of an Absolute 5R tourney. Villain is a weak tighty for the most part, and the whole tables knows that I raise too much, and just wants to take shots at me. We were actually having a conversation about how bad I am at poker while the hand played out. Villain referred to me as a "raiser" in a negative way no less, so that should give an idea of the sophistication.

Thoughts on the hand? Should I raise more on the flop, should I raise PF, knowing there is a 50/50 chance someone moves in on me. Should I fold somewhere?
