This is a ridiculous waste of time and effort. I would spend more than $100 of my time simply making the bet happen.

[/ QUOTE ]

Ill happily raise the stakes to $1,000 if we can assure a fair wager.

[/ QUOTE ]

No one's state WHAT the wager is. Any questions of fairness surely have to take a back seat to that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Beat the 2/5 spread limit game over a period of 200 hours (I think this is a reasonable amount of time, I'll differ to others on the time period although its also very short - we can revisit that in the near future) for more than 7 BB/hour and I give you 1k - provided there is an accurate mutually trustworthy method of recording your sessions. If you don't beat it for more than 7BB/hour - you have to pay up to me 1k. Of course you can also have wagers with Patrick and anyone else who wants in on this action if you believe that strongly in your ability to pull in more than 7bb/hour.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sounds like a no-wager. $5/hour max result (my expectation would be lower, since this is a mater of probability obviously) to put up with numerous headaches.

[/ QUOTE ]
There's hardly any extra work for you - it's not asking you to put in an extra 200 hours of work on this bet, just keep good verifiable records of your next 200 hours of play that you're putting in anyway. It's an extra $1k added to or subtracted from what you're making anyway.

[/ QUOTE ]

Patrick - Splawn Darts will never accept this wager because its something he knows he will lose, he cannot back up his boasting with fact. And fact is as we both know there is no way in hell this joker has an 8bb/100 win rate in the 2/5 spread limit game.

If you guys want to be wrong, it's no problem for me. Going out of my way to convince you without a big prop bet payoff is decidedly -EV for me.

If you want my bet which has a very convenient structure for all involved, then take it. If your roll is small, then I'll even consider reducing the max number of hours I can invoke the wager for. The fact that you won't suggests you know you're in substantial danger of losing thousands of $$$ if you decide to play

You don't have records you can show me to back up your point? It shouldn't be that hard to give some form of proof of your results. This wagers should be easy money for you and yet you're reluctant to take on any of them.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have records, and have no interest in showing them to you because then you would see I am an overall loser at teh 2/5 game.

How about this bet - I'll show up at the casino for one 6 hour session with you. If you net $240 I'll pay you $150, if you don't you pay me $100. Based on the results you claim this should be a worthwhile bet for you.

Your free to make that wager of course, but remember his claim was winrate, not winnings in a session. I would never dispute that he can make 8BB/hour in a session, its of course possible that can occur. Anyone can have a huge winning or loosing session, that doesn't prove or disprove a players winrate.

I said slightly less than $40/hour. If I'm going to take your bet, you need to put the break point where I win below $40/hour. I'd probably take that bet if all I have to win is $210. I want to make some money here

Hmm... got deadly quiet the minute DuDot realized he was about to lose some money.

Not surprising, really.

You're wasting your time with Splawndarts - he spends his life lying about himself on the internet.

You're kidding, right? For the record, you've been shown to be a blowhard hack and we're bored with you now that you refuse to back up your ridiculous e-boasting with anything reasonable.
