I really think the pfr and the flop bet are too small. 8$ preflop and ~20-22 on flop. Then you can easily fold.

I think this is unbelievably weak-tight. A 3x PFR is fine. Folding for a minraise on the flop after continuing for only half is HORRID. The problem with this hand is that the flop bet looks weak enough for JJ/TT to try to scare out a likely AK/AQ. Even 88/77 might take a shot given that ratty board and the likelihood that you will either a) give up or b) give him perfect information on how to play his hand.

Call the MR and decide how much you're willing to pay to show down over the course of two streets. If not much, then don't even bother calling a turn bet of 3/5.

you sound like a person who stacks off with overpairs too much

I wasn't aware that I had advocated stacking off.

Betting half on this flop and then folding to a MR is beyond awful either way.

Miniraise w so many ppl in the pot= monster. Anything less then a monster (JJ,1010) makes more then a miniraise to protect there hand. This guys is tryin to build a pot and not push you off it.

USC Mich please stop posting until you get a clue, there are people here trying to learn how to play and they might not be aware of how much of an idiot you are and follow your advice.

This is by far the worst advice I've ever read on 2+2.

What hands do you beat that would take this line?Hard to take this to river with out reads. Yes you do have an overpair, but that is it. You only lose $30 or so if you fold to the flop bet. If villain is an idiot then i would be willing to stack off here. Also the amount of times i have recently been flat called pf when i raise qq or jj and villain has slowplayed AA or KK makes me think twice about stacking of without having AA. There will always be a better spot for you to make more money.

Only 1/3 of this advice is wrong.

JJ/TT/88/77/66/55/54s/bluff.

How often will everyone min c/r you from now on if you fold to the flop action with this hand? I'm guessing 100%.
