UltimateBet Invalid Username

I tried to log onto my UB account today and it says invalid username. I called their 1-800 and they said everything looked fine and later saw my account was closed for some reason. They said I have to email accountqueries@ultimatebet.com to find out what's going on. I can't think of any reason for them to close my account. I did have a 2k cashout pending for the last 4 days from UB to epassporte. That's all. This is ridiculous.

Yeah, I emailed them right after I got off the phone with the rep. They replied and said my case has been forwarded to the security department. I remember reading about other members who also had problems with their UB accounts. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Wish me luck.

I emailed accountqueries@ultimatebet.com and deposits@ultimatebet.com. Accountqueries forwarded my case to the Security Department and I just got a response from Deposits@ultimatebet.com

I usually play 6-8 tables and I definitely don't use bots. I had to respond to them with a long email explaining on how I play with a dual monitor setup with 1600x1200 resolution on both monitors. I told them to check on how I always chat with other players when I'm playing. I also told them how I usually play for an hour and a half before I get tired/bored. I haven't deposited onto UB in a while so I'm guessing the bonus dollars abuse they're talking about is the "points for cash" promotion. I don't know how else I can prove to them that I don't use bots. Any suggestions?

That is an excellent idea if they would accept my proposal to re-opening my account first so I can video tape myself playing 8 tables on UB. I'm gonna wait for their next response first and see what happens.

ask them exactly what they mean by bot playing... how can you defend yourself against vague amorphous charges?

explaing you game? lol - that's kind of vague and difficult

i'd look for a misclick... assuming you play nl - every now and then i'll put half my stack in when i misclick an iso-rais w/ K7 or something.... that should show you're not a bot, or a bad one

if you play limit, look for a time where you ran low on time and the hh read "x seconds left" or whatever - the low time would be esp. good if it was for a hard decision, as bots don't have time issues w/ hard decisions if they have time issue at all
