Maybe you're getting levelled and this whole thread was created to get more shortstackers in the game?

some of you are completely misusing the word "ethics" ........ethics is not necessarily what is "legal" or not, or whatever the "rules" allow

if a country had laws that murder was perfectly legal, that does not make it ethical

How many people in the world think it is 'unethical' to have a job where you spend your days taking money from people with a compulsive gambling problem? People who have a sickness where they compulsively gamble with their rent money, their kids college fund money, etc...

lol at players who stand on their 'ethical' high horse

this is also a completely fallacious argument. there is no direct evidence that is known to players that the fish they are taking money from are in any of those situations. you can take your ridiculous argument even further to ANY job. guys that work at mcdonalds - theyre benefitting a corporation that causes 3rd world poverty through its constant monopolization and globalization. so should that person stop working at mcdonalds?

these vague connections cannot define what is ethical or not. deciding whether an action is ethical or not does not depend on the end result, but on the specific action itself. murdering one person to save a hundred may be reasonable, but that doesnt change the fact that murdering that one person was unethical.

You're comparing the ethicacy of short stacking a poker game to murdering someone? You, sir, are a [censored] moron.

shortstacking is unethical.

If you took a sample of normal players vs. shortstackers I guarantee you would find that normal players have a higher level of ethics and integrity than shortstackers.
As a shortstacker you will never ever garner any respect or considered being a legitimate or good poker player.

You pretty much sending the message that you suck and you don't care that other people think you suck. This personality trait is not uncommon with prostitutes, drug dealers, used car salesman, etc.

I think there's probably a direct correlation between the number of mongoloid idiots in this world and the number of people who use the phrase "you, sir, are a/an _______".
