Default QQ 4bet pot Top set uh-oh

UB NL100

Villian is a 2p2 UB NL100 regular. Ive sat to his right for a few hundred hands this session and hes running at 26/13/1.87 over 500 hands. This session he has not 3bet too much. I say his preflop reraising is AQ+, TT+. Haven't seen him 4bet from what I remember.

Stack Sizes
Hero (SB): $205
BB: $132
MP: $
CO: $
BTN: $94

Preflop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($1.5, 6 players)
UTG folds, MP folds, CO folds, BTN raises to $3.50, HERO reraises $12, BB reraises to $31, BTN folds, HERO calls $19

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($68, 2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $33, Hero reraises $164, BB calls $102 all in.
Uncalled bet of $63 returned to HERO
Turn: Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]($268, 2 players)
River Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]($268, 2 players)
Results: BB flopped straight (AK)

My thinking is villian has a lower set or AA, KK. Getting it in now for me seemed best as a club, 9, k, or ace not only kills my action but could cost me the hand. I only worry about AK here obviously. Should I have called flop bet and let another card run off before shoving? I feel like this line is high varience considering all the draws.

eh, [censored] spot, but if villian were at all competent he is only calling with AK- I doubt he 4 bets JJ or TT here ever. If you dont mind getting it in, I think calling down is better.
