Default 3/5 bottom set in trouble?

Live game, 3/5 blinds. It's actually spread limit, not no-limit. You can bet between $5-200 in an action.

Villian in this hand is pretty tight but cagey. Plays ruthlessly strong in position, but very close to the vest OOP. We're both regulars in this game, and I have a tight image. The cutoff player is an unknown.

Chip counts:

Villian ($700)
Cutoff ($350)
Hero ($600)

Hero is button with 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Preflop action: everyone folds to villian in MP. Villian limps, cutoff raises to $20, hero calls, both blinds fold, villian calls.

Flop ($58): 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villian checks, CO bets $20, hero raises to $90, villian calls, CO folds.

Turn ($258): Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villian checks, hero bets $120, villian raises to $240, hero calls $240.

River ($738): 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian bets $200. Hero?

I've got a boat, so obviously I wouldn't expect to be criticized for calling, but i've been in this sort of situation a lot over the past couple of months, where I have a monster but one which loses to any hand my opponent could think is best.

What hands can I beat here? I'm sure many here would just tell me instacall, but i've been "cold decked" so many times in the last couple of months that i'm starting to wonder if I should be investing more thought into folding here. A friend tells me that I should call without giving it a second thought, and if I lose, so what. Losing with full houses, in the long run, won't represent an appreciable hole in my game.

Obviously, I don't want to get in the mindset of looking for spots to fold a full house, but i'm really starting to get a bit frazzled. I'm calling in these spots because I feel I have to when I fully expecting to see the nuts. Does anyone else feel this way? Am I just running really cold or have I been missing something here.

you absolutely cannot fold here

folding a FH getting better than 4.5:1 is insanity
