If SB or BB are tight/rational, then I'd raise the button here....if they're not, I like a fold.

As played this is hugely read dependent. how does the BB play, what kind of hands does he play?? You need to be fairly sure you're ahead by a lot to call since CO only has 1800 and everybody else has 3500+

***ing checkraisers.
You have to fold.
But you have put half of your stack in freaking QJs so you probably can call just not to get frustrated on the bubble

I would ONLY raise this pre-flop against tight blinds. The 325 chips you gain here aren't worth the risk right now otherwise.

I would have raised slightly less to 550 and bet only slightly more than half-pot if I played it at all here. Chip conservation yo. Fold to the shove.

Raise to 500. Bet half the pot on flop. Fold to push and cry a little.

I open pre to whatever amount is standard for you. 500-600 is fine. I've definitely openfolded here before, but I would be careful about taking that too far. If the blinds are tight, you can even push if they are also resteal/postflop bluff happy, although that is very thin. All I'm trying to say about preflop is that I used to find myself folding too many of these spots because it's "easier." It is definitely right sometimes, though.

I agree with others on betting less here. On this board in this situation, I'm never betting more than half pot with any grip. I lean towards folding, but I think its closer than others do.
