Default 4/180 Any ideas what villian might have here?

Very 1st hand no reads

I really wanted to call this but geez it was bizarre. I also felt like there was no way I could call.

ya very weird, I'd raise the flop to 200 or so and see how he reacts. It smells badly of a donkey playing trip 3's to me. As played I don't think I call this.

I've seen this a fair amount of times from flush draws trying to muscle the pot on a missed turn. I wouldn't expect the big bet until the river from flopped trips by a typical 4/180 donk (myself included). I'd also raise the flop but expect a call most times which makes for a difficult turn decision. Either way, I'm folding AQ to his turn bet for sure.

Raise flop to 250 to define your hand. Drop to a reraise.

Take the free card on the turn (if you get one)

Maybe call a smallish river bet.

Turn bet. ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

He either has a monster, or is a retard.

If he has a monster, you are dead (even if he thinks K2 is a monster)

If he is a retard donk, fight him in another battle with better cards!

Tough spot. I agree with omaha on the flop. Take that bet as a check, and raise to t220. Villain can very well have a king here, but we want to find out.

I think you have to fold this turn.

Villains range contains mostly of kings, but also diamonds IMO.

I think he has a flush draw here. A play I don't see much anymore that villains with draws used to use is min-blocking bets hoping everyone will just call and they get to draw for cheap.

The huge overbet on the turn means that it isn't a set IMO. The only thing I might be worried about here is KQ or KJ and the villain is now worried that you are on the flush draw, is scared of being sucked out on, and shoving.

In the 1st hand of a 4/180 I'd probably talk myself into calling this and loading up another one.

But yeah, you have to raise this flop. You were the PF aggressor and his min-bet looks weak.

My plan was to try to get to show down cheap and I thought we were headed that way. The big bet on the turn thru me off. I'm pretty sure taking the lead by reraising on the flop was the way to go now though.
