I know this is a boring pf question, but what do you guys normally do in this spot? Assume an average table. |

Raise to 200 and go from there. Calling some pushes, folding to some, depends on the player/position/stack.

Raise to 200 or 240 depending on your standard. I'd be very willing to fold to a shove considering 99 is at the bottom of my range here. Tough to do against an active UTG+1 or BB though. If there were a couple extremely active restealers at the table I might fold this, tightening up my range even further and then always call.

I normally just fold from this positiona and have a hard time believing I loose a lot of value by doing this.
I dont want to raise and get one or more callers. I then have to play a fairly big pot out of position. I dont want to be raised or pushed at because then I have to fold against most opponents. So what I really want by raising is to take the blinds down, but they are not big enough for me to start a fight over yet. |

I think this can go either way. Raising t200 or folding are both fine IMO.

depends on table. you can open to 200+ here...ive folded in this spot though.
