Default I bluff a loose villain

He rarely folded to a 3-bet preflop.But I do not know why he
only minraised preflop.He also likes to float a lot.Like it or not?

No. First, why do you re-raise preflop at all oop? Especially, when you say, villain rarely folds to a 3-bet preflop, what use is it, playing 77 in a reraised pot oop against somebody who might hold basically anything?

Second, this is one of the worst boards you can do that on imo, plus you have no equity when you get called. You might do this if you had at least a draw but in this case you have at best 2 outs against any hand that calls here.

He minraised.I felt I had to 3-bet.Yeah board is awful but how often does he just call the flop bet with a huge hand?
I thought I could make him fold a lot of hands.
